I didn't quite have the time to finish my review of episode six, but I hope to have that up by the time episode seven premieres. I did somehow, magically, find the time to finish my video on some senses moments from episode five.
I look at a handful of scenes from this episode, but one I wanted to draw special attention to is one where Matt does... nothing. It can be so tempting for writers to come up with more or less fantastical ways for Matt to sense something, even when he really shouldn't, that it's truly a mark of respect for the character's inherent limitations when they don't. I also loved that they let Matt be a team player and had Yusuf contribute to the mission rather than jump through supersensory hoops to explain how Matt does it all himself
I agree. It was also nice that it was a team up with a regular person rather than someone with superpowers.
