I’m at Baltimore Comic Con!

You know how it is, I go AWOL for a little while only to come back and post multiple times in a row. This is usually because of those pesky real-world concerns all of us have. This time, however, I’ve been away from the blog for a very good reason, that is getting things out of the way for my trip to Baltimore! I arrived yesterday and will be staying until early next week. My reason for coming? The Baltimore Comic Con!

So, while this post will be low on exciting news, or any real content at all, know that I will do my best to report back on what’s happening here, as it’s happening. Both Mark Waid and Chris Samnee are coming, so I will try to get an interview with them, if their time allows. I will also be attending the Harvey Awards on Saturday night. As you might recall, Daredevil and its creators have been nominated in several categories, so I really hope the title can score a couple of wins.

If you’re a regular TOMP reader and you’re going to be at the convention, let me know! I was planning to wear a pair of subtle Daredevil horns or something like that, but didn’t really have time to whip that up so I will be going as myself (one of these days, I’m going to have to try cosplaying as the Black Widow!).

Anyway, now you know what I’ve been up to, and I will get back to you in a couple of days!

  1. Elizabeth

Have a great time! I’m not far away (outside DC) but don’t plan to attend. I’m waving in your general direction.

  2. Daniel

Have fun, take pics and know that I am jealous! ha ha.

  3. Steven Springer

    See you there Saturday!

  4. Dan Without Fear

Christine you lucky, lucky lady! Have a fantastic time!!

  5. Bee Clayton

Hope you have a great time!

  6. Kristoph Nolen

I can’t believe I missed this post! I SO would’ve loved the opportunity to meet you and have our picture taken while I was there!
But, I posted that photo of Chris Samnee and I with our hats on on the ToMP FB page … It’s kind of fun knowing that we’re only kind of, almost a half-step away from indirectly, sort of, shaking hands in a round about way! 😉
