Holy smokes, new details about Shadowland – and we’re talking everything from basic plot to the publishing schedule – are being released literally as I write this, with a very lengthy interview with Diggle posted to Comic Book Resources just half an hour ago.
It seems that our months of futile guess work are finally coming to an end (or is it really just getting started with all the new information out there to fuel our imagination?) and rather than spend a lot of time on this post, I’m just going to get right into feeding you the news directly from the source(s). This post will likely be updated over the weekend with more of my own comments.
For the time being, all the links you need can be found below, together with a the beautiful splash page art that has accompanied the unveiling of Shadowland. Enjoy, and comment away!

I didn’t know much about Shadowland before reading the CBR interview, but it sounds really interesting. With almost every other Marvel character getting their own event or mini-event in the last few years, it’s nice to see Daredevil finally get his share…even if the name Shadowland DOES make me think of a certain Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young song. 🙂
I couldn’t be more excited for this story. I’ve got some catching up to do with the main series (haven’t started Left-Hand Path yet), but it’s so great to finally have a DD-centric event.
I was surprised and super-excited to see that Antony Johnston is doing a 4-issue tie-in miniseries featuring Misty Knight, Silver Sable, Paladin, and the Shroud. What an interesting collection of characters! I’ve also been a fan of Wellington Alves’ art from his days doing Nova. http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=26151
