While I doubt that Matt Murdock is a big fan of fast food, I do think he could most likely get away with eating massive amounts of calorie-rich food if he wanted to. Everything he does in the field is very physically strenuous, and he presumably works out several hours a day.
Still, there are some physical feats that are more impressive than others and panels like the one below – from Daredevil #3, by Stan Lee and Joe Orlando – show that crime fighting is not just good for improving cardiovascular fitness but could rival any infomercial butt buster you think of.
Feeling like your glutes and hamstrings didn’t get a good enough beating during your last workout? No problem! All you need is a low-level street thug and semi-comfortable surface to rest on. If you’re anything like Matt, you could “do this all day!” 😉
