I’ll start by making a promise to update more frequently during the coming week. The project that’s been keeping me busy for the last three weeks is gradually taking less of my time and blog entry ideas are starting to build up. Also, we have Thursday off due to a national holiday.
However, while this has been a busy week for me, not much has happened in Daredevil land. That means that this week, I’ll restrict myself to just links.
Links
-
Kuljit’s tweets from the last week contain lots of links to various things of interest, including an interview with Daredevil Noir writer Alex Irvine.
-
Here’s a sort of convoluted two-part story about a Gene Colan recreation of the cover to Daredevil #1 that’s being auctioned off (and apparently still live).
-
The Beat posted comments on all the Marvel sales figures for March, and it seems like the “steady as a rock” assessment of DD is something Paul O’Brien and I agree on.
-
Comics Bronze Age posted a review of Daredevil #191, which happens to be one of my favorite issues.
-
Daredevil makes an appearance in Amazing Spider-Man #600 hitting the stands on July 15. This is somewhat old news (hence not enough to warrant my putting it in the news category), but I’ve been pretty swamped lately, and I’m sure I’m not the only one to have missed it. The solicit can be found on Marvel.com.
Okay, that’s it. Time for bed. I’ll get back to you as early as tomorrow as I already have a post planned. Have a good week!
