Get a sneak peek of Daredevil Noir #1!

Marvel.com has a story HERE, featuring one page of art from Daredevil Noir #1 and a longer preview will appear over HERE on Feb 27 in their Weekly Watcher webcast. No news about Daredevil #116 yet, but if it will indeed be out in stores on March 4, we should get to see some pages pretty soon.

In other news, I’m going to Seattle tomorrow. And when I say tomorrow, I mean later on today since it’s actually 1.30 am where I am. I will try to update the blog while I’m gone, but I can’t make any promises since I don’t know quite how “connected” I’ll be. I’ll be sure to post some pics when I get back though.

As of yesterday, I’m also on Twitter. Actually, I’ve been on Twitter for quite a while now, but I realized that I didn’t want my professional life to collide with my secret life of comic book blogging (I’m a political advisor and most of my regular Twitter friends are people I work with). So, I created a separate account that carries the name of this blog. I might talk about some RL stuff too, but at least it will all be in English, which isn’t the case with my “official” Twitter feed.

I will see you all later!

  1. Is it just me or is Daredevil Noir the most superfluous comic ever? Isn’t the whole point of Daredevil that it’s Marvel’s most noir comic anyway (especially from Frank Miller onwards)?

That’s not to say that I haven’t added it to my subscription list.

Well done, Christine, for having a proper job btw. In real life I’m a social work student (final year) which, perhaps like you, I think is a quite atypical comic book reader type job (he said patronisingly).

  2. Looking forward to the Noir Daredevil but I am not going to peek. Oh no!
Well, maybe a little look won’t hurt.

(Hope you had a good trip)
