Without Fear
by Christine on Mar 1, 2008 • 6:57 pm No CommentsWell, the most recent arc of Daredevil – volume 2, issues #100-105 – has now been concluded. The most annoying thing about this is that despite everything being wrapped up nicely (depending on how you look at it), I now find it almost impossible to wait until the next issue. Yes, this title is that good.
#105 was a very emotional read. I was numb for two hours after finishing the issue, and despite the fact that I could see some of the events depicted coming miles away, I was still awed by the delivery. I may try to do some kind of review of this whole arc at some point, but I’ll leave that for later.
Meanwhile, I should be focusing on posting on this blog more. There is so much that can be said about the creators, characters and the history of the book that I should easily be able to post something on an almost daily basis. Next up, I think I’ll be introducing the wacky powers category. That would be abilities that Daredevil has had at some point, but have later “gone away,” or those that he has been mentioned to have but which have never been demonstrated. Meet me there…
